Chocolate Chip Crock Pot Cake

We made this and I posted on another blog, this would be a great treat for family even or ritual celebration. So easy and so yummy!

Chocolate Chip Fudge Cake

1   box Betty Crocker® fudge brownie mix

1/2  cup butter, melted

4  eggs

1  pouch Betty Crocker® chocolate chip cookie mix 

 

Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.  In a large bowl mix, 2 eggs and 1/4 cup of melted butter.  In another bowl mix cookie mix 1/4 cup butter and 2 eggs.

 

Alternatively drop spoonful of each mixture into crock pot until both mixtures are gone. 

 

Cook in High 2-3 hours until cake pulls away from side of crock.  Top with cool whip or vanilla ice cream and drizzle with caramel sauce.  Yummmmm!
